MeetScribe
After every video call, someone on the team spends 30-60 minutes writing the meeting protocol: key decisions, tasks, assignees. Information gets lost, protocols are delayed. The goal was a tool that does this automatically — during the meeting itself.
BG Clear
Online background removal services are slow, limited by file size, and send images to third-party servers. For commercial projects and e-commerce, a local tool was needed: fast, unlimited, with manual result refinement.
Q-Trader
Traders use different open-source bots (Passivbot, Freqtrade, Hummingbot) across exchanges. Each bot requires separate installation, configuration, and terminal monitoring. No unified UI exists for managing all bots with backtesting and a strategy marketplace.
W26 VM Patcher
A mobile app uses a modified Lua VM (W26 bytecode) inside the native libgame.so library. Standard analysis tools don't work with the custom bytecode format. The task was to reverse-engineer Proto structures, locate target instructions, and develop a runtime patching methodology.
