Challenge

After every video call, someone on the team spends 30-60 minutes writing the meeting protocol: key decisions, tasks, assignees. Information gets lost, protocols are delayed. The goal was a tool that does this automatically — during the meeting itself.

Solution

Built an app with dual-channel recording (system audio via WASAPI + microphone), automatic transcription via Gemini API with speaker identification, and AI-generated structured protocols: decisions, tasks with assignees and deadlines, risks. Full-text search across all protocols, export to PDF/Markdown/HTML.
